A LENGTHY LIST PETITIONS GRANTED The hearing of undefended cases for divorce occupied a full day at the Supreme Court yesterday, when a lengthy list was presented before his Honour Mr. Justice Herdman. King (Mr. Goulding) v. Florence Ethel King; Eileen McDonald Noble (Mr. Matthews) v. Victor Thomas Noble; Emma Blackburn (Mr. Sullivan) v. John Blackburn; Isabel Gladys Mitchell (Mr. McKay) v. Archibald Handford Mitchell (Mr. Herman); Charlotte Agnes Haslett (Mr. Tong) v. Herbert Haslett; Jane Waterhouse (Mr. Prendergast) v. William Joseph Waterhouse. SEPARATION BY CONSENT In the following cases, where separation by consent had occurred for a period of over three years, decrees nisi were also granted:— Hazel Edith Stephens Flynn (Mr. V. N. William Sinton; Susan Mary Franchi (Mr. Terry) v. Lawrence Matthew Franchi; Leonard Henry Prangley (Mr. Prendergast) v. Annie Scrymgeour Prangley; Annie Maria Bond (Mr. Matthews) v. Evan Bond; Ruby. Margaret Killeen (Mr. Snedden) v. Peter Killeen; Arthur James Farr (Mr. Gatenby) v. Helen Gertrude Farr. Other undefended petitions were granted as follow: Ernest Maud (Mr. Finlay) v. Elizabeth Maud; William Peter Lawrie (Mr. Singer) v. Althea Ruth Maree Lawrie; Florence Rose Muriel O’Shea (Mr. Matthews) v. James Edward O’Shea; Rose Georgina Lincoln (Mr. Singer) v. Frederick Roy Lincoln; Frank Jessop (Mr. Singer) v. Luca Flora Jessop; Thomas Hastie (Mr. Snedden) v. Ethel Hastie.

In the petition of Edward A. Murrell (Mr. Terry) against May Murrell, who, petitioner said, was desirious of continuing in business at Wellington, an order was made for restitution of conjugal rights within 28 days.
