Mady Christians sence of musical comedy have been recaptured for the screen. Ludwig Berger directed “The Waltz Bream,” and the leading players, Mady Christians, Willy Fritsch and Xenia Besni play the leading roles. Once a crook, always a crook? Or can kindness straighten out any kink in human nature? In “Seven Sinners,” the Warner Bros.’ classic of the screen, starring Marie Prevost, which is the second feature on the programme, the question is raised, but nobody cares about the answer. The seven sinners refer to seven crooks, each intent upon robbing a Long Island mansion of its many valuables, and the sole purpose of the picture is to supply a good time. It is a mystery laugh show that is having big success everywhere.
