MUNICIPAL CONCERT A great programme is to be presented by the Municipal Band in the Town Hall on Saturday next, when the whole of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony will be rendered, in addition to Mendelssohn’s fine tone picture, "A Calm Sea and a Prosperous Voyage" overture, a movement from RimskyKorsakofFs "Scheherazade," and a portion of an unfinished symphony—"Komarinskaja”—by Glinka, the great Russian composer. The Lyric Four will contribute concerted and solo numbers.
