HOCKEY AT OPOTIKI
SEASON OPENED (From Our Own Correspondent .) OPOTIKI, To-day. The Opotiki Hockey Association opened the season on Saturday and men’s teams played a practice game for the purpose of selecting represen tatives to defend the Kasab's Shield against Whakatane on June 3. The ladies’ match resulted in a draw betwen City and Tehuia, no score being registered.
