CHORAL SOCIETY

HAYDN’S “CREATION” Haydn’s beautiful oratoria, “Creation.” will be given at the Auckland Choral Society’s first concert of the season in the Town Hall on Thursday evening, May 26. This concert will mark the first appearance in Auckland of Miss Xaomi Whalley, who is said to have a soprano voice of exceptional quality. Mr. Birrell O'Malley will be the tenor and Mr. A. G. Colledge the bass. There will be a fine chorus and orchestra under the baton of Mr. Colin Muston.
