DELL’S CHOICE IN FRAUD CHARGE
WANTS JUDGE AND JURY REMANDED FOR OBSERVATION **A judge and a jury, sir, if you don’t mind,” said Kenneth James Bell this morning when the clerk of court asked him to name his choice between being dealt with by a magistrate or the Supreme Court. Dell was charged with obtaining «redit by fraud. t was alleged that he had incurred a debt of 7s 3d for taxi hire with Matthew Bernethy and omitted to pay for his ride. At the request of Senior-Sergeant Edwards 3>ell was remanded for a week, to be kept under medical observation in the meantime.
