Motor - Bus Dispute.—Before his Honour Mr. Justice Stringer at the Supreme Court this morning lengthy legal argument was submitted in the action. Royal Motor Bus Company (Mr.
V. Meredith and Mr. V. Hubble) v. Auckland City Council (Mr. Stanton). After hearing argument his Honour adjourned the hearing until Friday, when an award will be made. The Hon. E. W. Alison and Mr. G. W. Hutchison were associated with his Honour as assessors.
