TAHITI FOR SYDNEY. —In continuation ot" her voyage from San Francisco, the Itoya 1 mail steamer Tahiti leaves Wellington this afternoon for Sydney. AORANGI SAILS 8 P.M.— The Union Company advises that the R.M.M.S. Aorangi now leaves Auckland at 8 o’clock to-night for Suva, Honolulu. Victoria and Vancouver. MARAMA FROM SYDNEY.—According to wireless advice received the Union Company’s Marama is being delayed by bad weather and expects to arrive at Auckland at 7.30 p.m. to-day from Sydney. She berths at Central Wharf. ‘ She leaves here at 3 p.m. on Friday on her return trip to Sydney. CARGO FROM PACIFIC COAST.— Bringing cargo from Pacific Coast for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney, the Union Company’s Wairuna is due. here at 4 p.m. to-morrow from San Francisco. SUSSEX DUE SATURDAY. —Cable advice received by the Union Company states that the Federal steamer Sussex left Townsville 11 p.m. last Friday for Auckland, where she is due on Saturday. The Sussex is bringing cargo from Calcutta and the East for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. SULPHUR FROM GALVESTON. — A new motor-ship, the Brand, has been chartered to load sulphur at Galveston for New Zealand and Australian ports. The American Trading Co. are agents. NORFOLK’S MOVEMENTS.— The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Norfolk leaves Timaru to-day for Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland to complete loading. She is due here on May 18 and sails finally from this port *on May 28 for New York, Boston, London and West of England ports.

SOMERSET FOR HOME.— A projected departure from Wellington this morning was the Federal steamer Somerset, for London, via Panama. PORT DARWIN SAILS TO-MOR-ROW. —The C. and D. Line advises that the steamer Port Darwin leaves Port Chalmers to-morrow for London, via Monte Video. MAUNGANUI AT WELLINGTON.Advice received by the Union Company states that the Maunganui from Sydney reached Wellington at noon today. HURUNUI COMPLETING. —At present completing her loading at Napier, the New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Hurunui leaves on Friday for London, Avonmouth, Glasgow and Liverpool, via Panama. PORT DENISON AT WELLINGTON.—For further loading, the C. and D. Line steamer Port Denison arrived at Wellington this morning, from Lyttelton. She later proceeds to Xapier, thence Wanganui and back to Wellington to complete, sailing finally from Wellington on May 20 for London, via Panama. MARAMA TO BUNKER. —The Admiralty oil tanker, Xucula, which is at present anchored in the stream, will come alongside the Marama to-mor-row morning to replenish the intercolonial passenger steamer’s fuel oil supply. ENGINES AND MASTS IN HIFOFUA. —The Tongan Government’s new motor-ship Hifofua, which was launched last week, is speedily becoming more like a seagoing vessel. Yesterday the oil engine, which weighs 7 tons, was lifted into the vessel by the Harbour Board’s floating crane. This morning her masts were successfully “stepped” by a wharf crane as she lay alongside Central Wharf. HINEMOA FURTHER DELAYED.— Further radio advice received by Messrs. Spedding, Ltd., from the Government steamer Hinemoa, states that the vessel is still travelling at reciuced speed and will not arrive until to-morrow morning from Xorfolk Island. It is announced that she will sail again at noon on Thursday for Niue Island.

CANADIAN BRITISHER REPORTS.—A wireless message received from the Canadian Britisher states she will reach Auckland from Halifax at eight o’clock to-morrow evening. She is bringing motor-cars and general merchandise for discharge at Auckland, W ellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. Cargo for Auckland will be unloaded at King’s Wharf. TEKOA LEAVES LIVERPOOL.— With general merchandise from West of England ports, the New Zealand Shipping Co.’s steamer Tekoa was despatched from Liverpool last Saturday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth. She is due at Auckland on June 13.

C. AND D. LINE’S LOADINGS.— The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company has received advice that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Auckland is scheduled to reach New Plymouth from Australia at the end of this month to commence loading for England. She will also load at Auckland, Tokomaru Bay, Gisborne and Wellington in that order and will be despatched on her voyage, from Wellington about the middle of June.

The Port Hardy, now en route from England to New Zealand, will load for her homeward voyage at Picton, Bluff, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland. She is to be despatched from this port, about the end of June for New Y"ork, Boston and London.

CARGO FROM NEW YORK.— The next Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer from New York is the Maimyo which has been chartered to sail at the end of this month, with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. CARGO FROM LONDON.—Scheduled to reach Auckland next Monday the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Hardy is bringing cargo from London for discharge at Auckland. Port Chalmers, and New Plymouth.

She is being followed by the company’s motor-vessel Port Dunedin, which is scheduled to leave London on May 18 for Suva, Wellington, Auckland and Napier.

ROTORUA REPORTS. —According to a radio message received by the New Zealand Shipping Company the liner Rotorua will arrive at Wellington on Friday evening from London and Southampton. The. Rotorua has passengers for disembarkation at Wellington and cargo for discharge ac Wellington, Lyttelton, Bluff and Auckland. She is due here about May 30. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE— The following vessels are expected to be within range of the undermentioned wireless stations to-night:— Auckland. —Tofua, Matra, Canadian Britisher, Wairuna, Hinemoa, Kartigi, Papanui, Poolta, Kaiwarra, Marama, Australind, Aorangi, Kaponga, Waipahi, Sussex Chatham Islands. —Tainui. Wellington. —Arahura, Ngaio, Maori, Wahine, Omana, Kaiapoi, Middlesex, Tahiti, Petricola, Northumberland, Cumberland, Hertford, Rotorua, Hurunui, Kauri, West Carmona, Falsterbo, Foreric, Port Curtis. Awarua. —Norfolk, Waikouaiti. PORT OF ONEHUNGA—YESTERDAY’S ARRIVAL ARAPAWA , (11.45 a.m.), 291 tons, Burk, from Westport. YESTERDAY’S DEPARTURES RARAWA (3.30 p.m.), 1,077 tons. Bark, for New Plymouth. NGATIAWA (5 p.m.), 451 tons, Pert, for Por Waikato, Raglan, and Kawhia. The Rarawa is expected to arrive from New Plymouth at 7,30 a.m. tomorrow and sails again on Thursday at 3 p.m. on the return trip.
