THE BEST AVERAGES (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, To-day. R. Going, S. A. R. Badeley and H. Johnston (Hamilton East) head the list of batting averages for the season in the senior A cricket competitions in Hamilton, with averages of 36.40, 34.09 and 21.66 respectively. A. Going’s highest score was 136 not out, and Badeley’s 94. R. Skeet (Hamilton East), was the most successful bowler, with an average of 3.66, and G. Martin (Old Boys) next, with 4.0.
