MOUNT ALBERT COUNCIL OFFICIAL COUNT OF VOTES As a result of the official count of votes in the Mount Albert Borough Council election, Mr. W. G. Russell who occupied third place in the preliminary count. has displaced Mr. H L. Kayes, who was previously announced as having been elected.
