TRANSPORT APPEAL BOARD
CASE TO BE HEARD J Transport Appeal Board, of which Mr. Justice Frazer is chairman, will resume its sittings on Monday morning, when business held over from the last session will be dealt with. The proprietor of the St. Helier’s bus service, Mr, R. J, Keys, has appealed against the granting of a license to the Auckland City Tramways to run buses from the Remuera tram terminus to Meadowbank Road. An appeal is also to be made by the Passenger Transport Company. Ltd., against tramway buses plying between the Harp of Erin terminui and .Meadowbank Road,
