NAPIER’S IGNORANCE
Replying to a suggestion from the Napier W.C.T.U. that a six-day week for the staff should be adopted, the chairman of the Auckland Hospital Board said last night, “Napier doesn't know much about our work. I am proud to say that this board was the first to establish a six-day week and it has given every satisfaction for years!"
