PRICES OBTAINED Most of the ears offering l on the Auckland second-hand market are in the light six or heavy variety. There is a constant and unfillable demand for second-hand light cars, and these are invariably selling at a greater price than on the face of it they are really worth, considering the manufacturers' own table of depreciation. Among the prices secured for second-hand cars for Easter were the following: Two-seater Ford, new beauty roadster, 1925 model, £lO5. Rugby, 1924, tourer, £l4O. Ford, 1924, tourer, £65. Studebaker, 1921 seven-seater, £99. Essex, four door sedan, 1927, £3lO. Essex coach, 1925, £220. Morris-Oxford, 1925 tourer, £320. Hupmobile, 1922 tourer, £IOO. Hudson, 1926 coach, £350. Hudson, 1926 coach, £4OO. Morris-Cowley, 1924 two-seater, £lB5.
