When the time comes for you to sell your car, the condition of the upholstery is a big factor in determining its value. This applies particularly to closed cars; in most of them, the upholstery is good. Seat covers will protect the material concerned from dust and stains. And whereas you can wash seat covers, you can’t wash upholstery.
