KING EDWARD AND HIS CONSORT THE FINAL RESTING PLACE By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed. 2.20 p.m. LONDON, Friday. The coffins of King Edward and Queen Alexandra, which were hitherto lying in the Albert Chapel, Windsor, were yesterday transferred to their final resting place in St. George’s Chapel in a tomb designed by Sir Bertram Mackennal, whose resumbent figure of King Edward is already in position.
