STRANGER CHINESE POLICY By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright TOKIO, Wednesday. The Prime Minister, Baron Tanaka, has formed his new Cabinet. The chief portfolios have been distributed as follows: Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs. —Baron Tanaka. Finance. —Mr. K. K. Takahashi, a former Prime Minister. War.—Dr. Keisuki Okada. Navy.—General Yoshinori Shirakawa. The new Government is generally regarded as a strong and satisfactory one. Its policy toward China is unchanged on the surface, but vastly stronger than that of the late Government underneath. General K. Ugaki, the former Minister of War, is to go to Korea as actingGovernor. The policy of the new Government in respect to naval disarmament is unchanged.—A. and N.Z.
