POLICE MEMORIAL
A memorial to the late Constable Begg, who was killed in the Parnell Tunrel while in pursuit of an escaped prisoner in February, 1926, in to Le erected in the Hillsborough Cemetery. Members of the Police Force throughout the whole of the L»ominion have contributed toward the cost of the memorial to their comrade. A large sum has been subscribed, ani the erection of the memorial will *>• proceeded with shortly.
