N.Z. LABOUR PARTY
OFFICERS ELECTED Press Association NAPIER, Tuesday. The New Zealand Labour Party Conference to-day appointed the following officers:—President, Mr. R. Semfple; vice-president, Rev. J. K. Archer; secretary, Mr. W. Nash; central executive, Messrs T. Brindle, J. Roberts, J. T. Horn, J. Glover and W. Bromley. In addition the following are members of the provincial executive having been elected by their respective districts prior to the conference:—Messrs. W. E. Barward (Helensville), M. J. Savage (Auckland), D. W. Coleman (Gisborne), J. S. Montgomery (Mangere), W. J. Rogers (Wanganui), A. Spurr (Lower Hutt), T. Parfitt (Westport), F. G. Cook (Christchurch), G. T. Kollcr (Timaru) and F. Jones (Dunedin). Mr. H. E. Holland presented the report of ‘the Parliamentary Labour Party, which was discussed and adopted unanimously. A social gathering is being held tonight.
