CHURCHES OF CHRIST

CONFERENCE ENDED A short session of the annual conference of the Associated Churches of Christ was held yesterday, when reports of the literature and training committees were received. In the afternoon the delegates were taken for a motor trip to Titirangi. The Christian Women’s Auxiliary held its meeting in the evening, at which Mrs. Howard Callan presided. Addresses were delivered by Mrs. W. H. McKenzie, of Dunedin, Miss V. Jarvis, of Wanganui, and Miss L. Walsh, of Auckland, upon the work of the auxiliary. The conference then concluded.
