St. Dunstan’s lias supplied every Minded soldier in the British Isles and Panada with a set free of charge, it was said. A decision on the question of changing the name of the institute to * The New Zealand Institute for the Blind” was deferred until a later meeting. The Minister of Customs has intimated that instruments for the institute band would be admitted dutyfree.
