Jubilee Institute. —The first social of the winter season for inmates of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind was given in the new building Manukau Road, last evening. Selections by Mrs. Tylcoat’s orchestra were highly appreciated and items were given by a number of vocalists and instrumentalists. Supper concluded an enjoyable evening’s entertainment^
