LATE COMMERCIAL
NAT. BANK OF ASIA SHARES NEW ISSUE DATE EXTENDED Though originally fixed for April 30 the closing date for receiving Auckland applications for the new share issue of the National Bank of Australasia has been extended to May 7, according to a statement made yesterday by Air. A. C. Creagli, chairman of the Auckland Stock Exchange. Mr. Creagli said he had made representations to the bank asking that the date should be altered owing to the intervention of the Easter holidays. The paid up capital of the bank is to be increased from £4,000,000 to £5.000,000 by the issue of 50.000 new fully paid £lO shares at £l4 each, and 100.000 new £S shares paid to £ 5 and £7 each
