TO TOUR AUCKLAND
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE (.From Our Resident Correspondent.) WELINGTON, To-day. The non. O. J. Haw ken (Minister of Agriculture) leaves ’Wellington on Thursday for a tour of the Auckland district. ’ He first visits Wanganui, Hawera, and his own electorate, and Hamilton and Auckland on Wednesday. April 20. Next day he goes on Whangarei, returning to Auckland on April 27. It is proposed that while in the north Mr. Hawken should visit the Wiiipoua State Forest, also the fruit growers at Port Albert, and return to Wellington on April 2S.
