BRITAIN’S MOTORS
NUMBERS INCREASE (British Official Wireless .) RUGBY, Wednesday. A record increase in the number of niotor vehicles is anticipated for this year. The Minister of Transport, Colonel ”• W. Ashley, states that licences in Britain last year totalled 1,730,000 and that a further 150,000 are expected. This increase is mainly attributable to the decreased cost of British-made motor-cars.—A. and N.Z.
