EVERY LITLE COUNTS
The scale was only two drams out, yet T. J. C. Robson, of Otaliuliu, was charged in the Police Court this morning with having in his possession for the Lise of trade an incorrect weighing instrument. Unfortunately the two drams did not go in favour of the customers. Robson, who pleaded not guilty, said that he had not used the machine since 1918 and he -was waiting for the inspector to call. He then intended to have them tested. “Two drams each time soon mount up,” said the magistrate, Mr. Hunt. A fine of £ 4 with 10s costs was imposed.
