The sequel was heard in the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr. Justice Stringer, when Robinson (Mr. Hollings) sought to recover from the defendant company (Mr. Goldstine) the sum of £2OB for damage and depreciation to the motor-car. Lengthy evidence is being called on each side and the case is proceeding.
