Objects: To take over the business of confectionery manufacture at present carried on by Houghton, Robinson and L. R. Heywood. Capital: £965 in £1 shares, 165 being preference shares and 800 ordinary shares. Subscribers: L. R. Heywood, 400 ordinary shares; Houghton Robinson, 400 ordinary shares; Walter Clark, 165 preference shares.
