CATCHES “SPEED MERCHANTS” SEVERAL FINES INFLICTED (From Our Own Correspondent.) MARTON, To-day. A speed trap was recently set to catch motorists travelling through Turakina at a speed in excess of 20 miles an hour. The result was that five motorists were brought before the court and fir ed £5 each and 11 others were fined £3 each.
