BANKRUPTCY COURT

DISCHARGE GRANTED A sitting of the Bankruptcy Court was held before Mr. Justice McGregor this morning when several discharges were granted and adjudications made. The following discharges were granted: Herbert George Farnall, printer, Auckland; Albert James Coombe, farmer, Poheno: Claude Thomas Prosser, land agent, Tauranga. Adjudications were made in the following instances: Harold Alexander Evers Connolly: and Marion Helen Martin: Henry Cyril Greenwood: Keith Cunningham. The petition against Henry Stockley Hameworth for adjudication was stayed by order of the court upon payment of £l5O by Hamswortli for the debts of tHe partnership.
