Objects: To acquire the business of builder, etc., carried on in Otorohanga by R. G. V. Garrett, etc. Capital: £6OO in £1 shares. Subscribers: R. G. V. Garrett, 580 shares: J. Cullen, 20 shares. Speedwell Oil Company (N.Z.), Ltd. Objects: To acquire from F. W. Cave, of Auckland, the sole agency of the British Oil and Turpentine Corporation, Ltd., etc. Capital, £3,000, divided into 2,000 ordinary shares and 1,000 preference shares or £1 each. Subscribers: I. M. M. Perman, 100 ordinary shares and 100 preference shares, F. W. Cave, 50 ordinary and 5™ preference shares; A. R. C. Savile, 200 ordinary and 200 preference shares; W. H. Hamilton, J. C. Hardie and T. EHenry, 50 ordinary and 50 preference shares; B. Beckerleg, 1,000 ordinary shares.
