RACE FOR DUFF CUP
MANUKAU YACHT CLUB Although only six boats are eligible to win the Duff Cup, which will be raced for on Manukau Harbour tomorrow. some keen racing should be witnessed. Two other prizes, however. have been provided for those who are unable to compete for the cup. The races for both yachts and launches will be held over No. 1 course, the limit yacht starting at 2.30 p.m. and the limit launch five minutes after the scratch yacht. The handicaps are: YACHTS.—Valdora scr., Merry Jest 4m.. Myria 7m., Mistral 7m. 305.. Limelight 11m., Rover 19m., Sea Toiler 21m., Betty 25m., Westward 3m., Mist Maid, June and Daphne, each 36m. LAUNCHES. —Naughty Girl scr. Karma lm., Rainbow 4m. 455., Leila 13m. 155., All Black 14m., Elina 16m. 455.. Lily Meg 17m. 505., Regal 18m. 455., Norma ISm. 455. Miharo 19m. Kaiapoi 23m., Mavis 27m. 305., Isma 30m., Ngaroma 33m. 155., the Rosita's handicap being withheld.
