DAIRY CONTROL CASE
(Special to THE SUN.) The Court of Appeal continued the hearing of the case of the Southland Dairy Company, Ltd., and J. B. MacEwan and Co., Ltd., v. the New Ze tland Dairy Produce Control Board, which was removed from the Supreme Court for argument in the Court of Appeal. The case was argued by Mr. vl. Myers. K.C., and Mr, McVeagli. It involved a contract between the board and the company, in connection with the operation of the Act. The Appeal Court reserved its decision.
