ANNUAL MEETING A SUCCESSFUL YEAR * The annual general meeting of the Dunedin Club was held last night. The president. Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., occupied the chair. In moving the adoption of the report and balance sheet, the president said that the club hd made good progress during the 1926 season, and he was glad to see that there was a credit balance of £25 19s. Seven socials had been held during the year, all of which were well attended. the most successful of which was the fancy dress ball. The following officers were elected for the incoming season:—Patron. Mr. Justice Herdman; president, Mr. E. C. Cutten. S.M.; vice-presidents, Messrs T. K. Sidey, M.P., Dr. P. A. Lindsay, Dr. J. P. Hastings, Dr. W. Gillies Borrie, J. F. Ewen, J. Oliver, W. H. Hodgkins, H. V. Tregear. S. A. Smith, J. W. Shaw, P. Shaw, H. F. Wright! R. H. Scott, W. G. Wohlmann, A. Burt, and the Mayor of Dunedin (exofficio); management committee, Messrs F. S. T. Little. J. B. Gilmour, B. B. Hooper, A. E. Hammer, R. M. Falconer, A. T. Long, W. H. Faulkner, and J. A. Gow; hon. secretary, Mr c! S. Munn; trustees, Messrs R. Lowry and J. B. Gilmour; hon. treasurer, Mr. L. W. Swan; hon. auditor. Mr. J. A. Sherriff; hon. accompist. Mrs. R. N. Reed. An enjoyable social was held after the meeting, when musicial items rendered by Mr. J. Gordon (songs), Maloy (clarionet solos) and Mr. F. McCallum, who gave some sketches. The accompaniments were played by Miss C. War in.
