Fourth: For a semi-monthly service helwren the port of New York and one or more ports of thn Mediterranean. Fifth : For a semi-monthly service between the port of Now York and Buenos Ayrcs, Monte Video and Rio ill.- Janeiro Sixth: For a semi-monthly service lu'twoen New York and San Francisco via l'anama and the port of Valparaiso H'hilii. Seventh : For a weekly service between Philadelphia and one or more port i in (ireat Britain, and one or more ports in France, Germany, and Holland.
