The schoouer Tongatabu loft our harbour on Sunday morning, bound for Sydney, via Wallis and other Inlands. She goes to Sydney for the purpose of receiving a few repairs. She had a passage of 92 days from Cape Town, and about twenty-three from the latitude of Savage Island, having experienced. strong head winds and calm?. On Wednesday last the schooner Mary Anderson took her departure fur Auckland in b&lloat. The steamer Sudsee took her departure, on Wednesday last, for a cruise amongst the Line Islands, where she will probably be absent for about two months. The barque Sophie left for Now Britain on Wednesday lust, where she will complete her loading for Europe. Un Thursday last the American schooner Caroline Medau, on a trading voyage from •San Francisco, arrived in harbour. She . left San Francisco on the 3rd of August, and is last from Penrhyr. Yesterday the schooner Fakaofo (late Favourite) arrived in harbour, from Quires, with a full cargo of island produce.
