The Committee oi the Stratford Racing Club met last night to make final arrangements for the coming Races on January Ist and 2nd. All reports were highly satisfactory and everything points to a huge success to open the year 191/. Bivouac and Silver Webb, two wellknown sprinters, are to be for sale at the conclusion of the Stratford Racing Club’s second day’s racing on, Tuesday next. They are both useful horses and have each won good races.
