MILITARY SERVICE ACT. ITS REPEAL DESIRED. DELEGATES IN CONFERENCE. (Per Press Association). Wellington, December 20. A conference, to discuss the question of the repeal of the Military Service Act opened to-day. The report of tlie Press Committee states that eighty delegates were present, representing 50,000 members of various labour unions and federations, also other organisations. Mr J.
