Clementel, National Economy and Commerce. M. Doumerge, Colonies. M. Thomas. Minister of War Production and Armaments. M. Malsty, Interior. M. Lacaze, Marine. Major Lyons, Civilian Minister anu Military Re victualling. It is announced that Admiral Cauchet replaces Admiral de Fournei in command of the Allied naval forces in Greek waters.

The Cabinet consists of ten members. A War Committee has been appointed, comprising: M. Briand (Premier) M. llibdt (Minister for Finance) M. Lyantey (Minister for War), M. Lacaze (Minister for Marine), am! M. Thomas (Minister for Munitions). General Joffre attends the Committee as technical and military adviser. Tbe technical directors appointed included miners, merchants, and shipping men.
JOFFRE'S SUCCESSOR. Paris, :U.'ir.';..r Li Official. —General Nevelle has boon appointed Commander-in 'Miiei ol ihe armies in the North and North-east. It is stated that General Castlenau accompanies General Joffre on the Allied War Board. General Nevelle, the hero of Verdun offensive, will be the new generalissimo. He was a colonel at the outbreak of the war, and made his reputation by capturing 2-1 cannon, wliieu were the first trophies ol the war. His most famous feat was on the Aisne en September 16, 1914, when the Germans caught the 7th French Army Corps crossing the river, fart ol the Corps was forced to re-cross, but Nevelle galloped up with his guns and a frightful massacre of Germans followed.
