Clb 2 0 Willi the full Council permit a street collection is being made today. The Minister for Internal Affairs (lion. W. G. Russell) says concerning the Salvation Army Belgian appeal; “This is a very worthy effort, and the money will be distributed by I'he Army Officers in Belgium to deal with urgent eases. As Minister in <• barge of the War Lunds I have approved ol the collection, and desire to express the hope that the public will cheerfully subscribe. Tin* Salvation Army can absolutely be relied upon to see that every ( coper raised will be expended in the right channel without any deduction and for the relicl ol one brave Allies in Belgium ’’
