CASE OF THE KONINCEN RECENTES. Amsterdam, November 30. The Gormans have re'eased the Koningen Regentes (seized on November 10), and have opened an inquiry into the action of the crew in helping an English courier to hide a despatch-box. (A wireless message from Amsterdam on November 11 stated that the Germans had conveyed to Zeebrugge the Dutch steamer Koningen Regentes, with 93 adult passengers and 110 children aboard).
