Boyers ami M. do Wart, Belgian Ministers, have cabled the Belgian Consul in the United States as iol lows: The deportations are continuing. No distinction is being made between idle employed and unemployed. The deporteds, who will soon number 100,000, have been gathered and transported with great brutality.
