THE 24th REINFORCEMENTS.

TO CAMP IN JANUARY. Per Press Association. Wellington, December 2. The Hon. J. Allen (Acting-Prime Minister) stated to-day that arrangements had been made for the 2-1 th Reinforcements to go into camp on the first week in January, instead of before Christmas. This was in order to allow sufficient time for medical examination of the men and the work of the military service hoards; also, in order to give the training staffs at camps a well-earned rest.
