THE PARTIES CONFER. Per Press Association. Wellington, November 21. The Acting-Minister of Labor Ims agreed to ask the representatives of the employers and drivers to meetnext wcid; to discuss the dispute. He pointed out that the statement made to-day that the conference is compulsory is erroneous. The baa! union lias handed over the dispute to the Drivers' Federation, and therefore does not accept Ibe Wellington employers' offer of a bonus /
