O. G. Pleasants, lessee of sections V and 2, block 8, Aria S.D., 1551 acre-;; applied for exemption from "personal residence on the land in terms of section 22 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913.—Approved. Mr E. Tolme, Crown Lands-Ranger, forwarded report and valuation on section 9, block 11, Tangitu S.D., 448 acres, proposed to be opened for discharged soldiers.—Adjourned.
The Patea County Council forwarded proposals for expenditure of £IOO 15s lid, thirds accrued to' September 30, 1916.—rApproycd conditionally. The 1 -Board approved of thirds, £7Ol ls'lOd for the Waitomo County Council, accrued to September 30, 1910, subject to certificate from the ranger.
It was resolved to recommend the fourth Wednesday in the month for ordinary meetings of the Board in 1917.
