Every private interest will be sacrificed to increased production, and munition workers will have the first call on foods, especially fats. The Times' Rotterdam correspondent states there is an authoritative report that Germany intends to attempt to complete the stoppage ot Dutch and British traffic, and compel Holland to divert the whole "of her exports to Germany.
