Telegraph's .Rotterdam correspondent states: The Reichstag unanimously appointed a committee, with Herr Scheidemanh as chairman, to inquire into the reign of terror. The revelations amount to a Government surrender to public: opinion. The Prussian rulers found that the German public are not quite so docile as thoy supposed.
THE GERMAN REPORTS.
Copenhagen, Novemger 3. A German communique states: — Under a violent French bombardment, we Fort Vaux, after blowing up import**""*' "Portions. Wo stormed positions on the left bank of the ►,-okhod, and look prisoner 1500. Constanza was bombarded by the Russians from the sea. The French gained a minor advantage at Les Boeufs, and the AngloFrench attacks elsewhere on the Sommo were repulsed.
