MANAWATU SHOW.
A large number of people are looking forward to the .Manawatu Show, which opens at Palmerston North tomorrow (Wednesday). The purebred cattle section is particularly large, and pigs are a strong class. In the dog section there is likely to be some keen competition, judging from the entries received. From reports to hand, Shropshire sheep are well represented, while other breeds are showing some good .specimens. Preparations are well in hand, and judging from the entries received in all classes, there is every reason to believe Palmerston will be flooded with visitors.
