The Morning Post’s Petrograd correspondent states that the RussoRoumauians have made rapid headway on the Dobrudja, having advanced .Tom eight to twenty-five miles against stubborn opposition. A Roumanian communique states; Enemy attacks in Transylvania were repulsed, especially in the vicinity of Caineni and Vulcan Passes. A telegram from Romo states that fierce fighting continues in the vicinity of Brasso. The Austrian advance has been stopped, thanks to the arrival of new Allied forces.
