(Received 11.5 a.m.) London, October R - A Russian communique states: We repelled a Turkish attack in th? direction of Ognob. Deserters are arriving in large numbers. They report that the desertions from the Turkish rear have considerably increase! since the .commencement of the frosts. The situation in Dobrudjn an:t elsewhere has not changed.
