Bucharest, October 7. \ communique states: During three .lavs' stubborn fighting in the Paraud region we capered enemy positions. Violent fighting continues on the Dobrudja. We have resumed the offensive |B the Cavern' Jinl defiles. Our troops on the right Hank of the Dobrudja occupied several trendies. An attack on the Roumanians' centre was repulsed. There have been violent engagements in the upper Liarnavan and Tirrnava valleys. The enemy in the Fossaras and Ypademr region attacked with superior forces, and wa withdrew somewhat. Messages states that General Mackensen has delivered a series of counter-attacks to prevent his flanks being turned,
